Hot Water Heater Specialist

Finally -- a knowledgeable and experienced plumbing company that communicates reliably and quickly, arrives when they say, and takes pride in their work. My tank water heater failed, and I was referred to Original Westwood by my home warranty company. Meeting Eli for the first time, he assessed the situation, and we had a great conversation about whether to replace with another 50-gallon tank or upgrade to a tankless system. 

Eli has saved us from not having hot water multiple times now. Our hot water heater is very finicky and has had multiple error codes. We've called Eli to fix them and he always is able to come timely, resolve the issue quickly, and is patient in explaining what caused the error and how to fix. His prices are reasonable, he doesn't try to upsell you, and he's very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend using him!
